This shall be given to only one (1) student per school year. The Office of Scholarships and Student Services in UP Diliman Quezon City shall administer the scholarship grant.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Financially needy (parents’ annual gross income must not exceed P300,000); and
- Earned an average grade of 2.5 or better and must have carried a load of at least 15 units with no grade of 5.00 or unremoved 4.00 or “INC” in the semester immediately preceding the application;
- A senior student from any College of the University of the Philippines System-wide provided that the student will complete his/her studies in two (2) semesters;
- Enrolled in at least 15 units at the time of the award of the grant;
- Not have been subjected to any disciplinary action
BENEFITS:
- School fees as assessed but not to exceed P20,000.00/semester
- Book allowance P4,000.00/semester
- Monthly stipend at P3,000 x 5 months or P15,000.00/semester
- Total grant of P39,000.00/semester; P78,000 per year
