Tonight, we had a heartwarming Christmas gathering with our Members, Family, and Friends. This event marked the official end of our 50th year, but let’s not let that stop us from striving for even greater achievements next year and beyond.
I am incredibly grateful for many things, but at the top of my list is the dedication and cooperative efforts of not only the Board of Directors and Officers but every single member of our wonderful and highly regarded Alumni Association. UP folks truly stand out in all their endeavors. A prime example of this is Treasurer Fe’s proud announcement that we have surpassed the $50,000 mark for our INB project! Pat yourselves on the back for a job well done by ALL!
I also want to extend my thanks to our new members who are stepping up and eagerly involving themselves in Committee work.
Next year may not be as hectic as this one, but let’s not let the energy of our 50th anniversary fade away. Every year is an important year for UPAA-W!
